This feature allows you to block unpropriete internet web sites and news groups by URL or by keywords respectively.
URL whitelist restricts users surfing to a pre-approved list of web sites created by you. It's very easier to create and is ideal for parents of very young kids. Kids cannot visit any web sites apart form the listed ones.
If you think URL filtering is not flexible enough, you can choose Keyword Filtering. Keyword filtering allows you to specify any keyword that you want blocked. If your child tries to go to any web site that contains that tagged keyword or keywords, the web pages will be blocked.
Vise Parental control even allows to you redirect the visit to a pre-determined web site or page once a child's attempt is blocked. For example, it can display a '404 error not found' page or any web page you choose.
